Submit a server

How to list your community, and how review works from submission to going live.
View as Markdown

FluxerList is open to everyone, including people who have never heard of your server. Submitting takes a few minutes; getting approved depends on meeting the standards below.

How review works

1

Submission

Your listing enters the queue with your name, description, tags, invite, and content rating tags.

2

Review

A reviewer checks that the invite is valid, the listing is accurate, and the Server Guidelines are met.

3

Listed

Your server appears publicly with any content rating tags applied.

4

Ongoing monitoring

Listed servers can be reported or spot-checked at any time. Violations found later lead to edits, re-flagging, or removal.

Every listing has a Report option. Reports go to the review queue and are triaged separately from new submissions, so they are typically looked at faster.

Customise your page

Once you’re listed, open Edit Listing from your dashboard. The editor is split into four tabs, with a live Card or Page preview beside it and a marker when you have unsaved changes. Saving keeps you on the page.

  • Banner positioning. Drag your banner to choose which part of the image shows on your server card and detail page. Or switch to Fit to show the whole banner over a blurred copy of itself. The detail page shows the banner in full at 16:9.
  • Rules. A numbered list of up to 15 rules, each with a title and an optional description, shown on your page.
  • Staff and developers. In Settings, show your owner and admins as cards or a list, each with a role label you set of up to 30 characters, or turn the section off.
  • Video. Embed a YouTube video from the Content tab. This needs the Page Layout unlock.

Tips to stay listed

  • Tag content ratings honestly up front. A correctly tagged server is fine. An untagged one gets pulled.
  • Keep your description and tags matched to what the server is. It also gets you discovered by the right people.
  • Act quickly on reports and change requests. Unresolved issues escalate to delisting.
