# Submit a server

FluxerList is open to everyone, including people who have never heard of your server. Submitting takes a few minutes; getting approved depends on meeting the standards below.

#### [Read the Server Guidelines first](/server-guidelines)

Content ratings, disclosure requirements, and what gets a listing removed.

#### [Add a server, step by step](/add-a-server)

A video of the whole flow, plus a screenshot of every page of the form.

## How review works

#### Submission

Your listing enters the queue with your name, description, tags, invite, and content rating tags.

#### Review

A reviewer checks that the invite is valid, the listing is accurate, and the [Server Guidelines](/server-guidelines) are met.

#### Listed

Your server appears publicly with any content rating tags applied.

#### Ongoing monitoring

Listed servers can be reported or spot-checked at any time. Violations found later lead to edits, re-flagging, or removal.

Every listing has a **Report** option. Reports go to the review queue and are triaged separately from new submissions, so they are typically looked at faster.

## Customise your page

Once you're listed, open **Edit Listing** from your dashboard. The editor is split into four tabs, with a live **Card** or **Page** preview beside it and a marker when you have unsaved changes. Saving keeps you on the page.

| Tab | What's in it |
| -------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Listing | Basic info, tags, and content ratings |
| Look | Banner, colours, and [page layout](/upgrades#page-layout) |
| Content | Long description, rules, and video |
| Settings | Pause invites, member count display, and server admins with the Staff & Developers section |

* **Banner positioning.** Drag your banner to choose which part of the image shows on your server card and detail page. Or switch to **Fit** to show the whole banner over a blurred copy of itself. The detail page shows the banner in full at 16:9.
* **Rules.** A numbered list of up to 15 rules, each with a title and an optional description, shown on your page.
* **Staff and developers.** In **Settings**, show your owner and admins as cards or a list, each with a role label you set of up to 30 characters, or turn the section off.
* **Video.** Embed a YouTube video from the **Content** tab. This needs the [Page Layout](/upgrades#page-layout) unlock.

## Tips to stay listed

* Tag content ratings honestly up front. A correctly tagged server is fine. An untagged one gets pulled.
* Keep your description and tags matched to what the server is. It also gets you discovered by the right people.
* Act quickly on reports and change requests. Unresolved issues escalate to delisting.
