Community Server Rules
Welcome to the official FluxerList community server. It’s the home of fluxerlist.com, the bot and server directory for Fluxer. These rules keep the server safe, friendly, and useful as we grow. By staying here, you agree to follow them.
Short version: Be respectful, keep it safe, keep it on-topic, and open a ticket if you need staff.
These are separate from the Community Guidelines, which cover listings on the FluxerList website.
The rules
Fluxer’s rules come first
Fluxer’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service apply here too. Ours sit on top of them, never in place of them.
Be respectful
Treat everyone with basic respect, even when you disagree.
Keep it safe for work
Nothing NSFW, sexual, gory, or shocking, anywhere.
No scams, malware, or shady links
Keep the server safe from anything that could cost someone their account or money.
No impersonation
Be who you are.
No unsolicited advertising
Promote in the channels made for it.
Listing and voting integrity
Fair votes, honest listings.
Stay on-topic
Use each channel for what it’s for.
Use tickets for support
Anything that needs staff goes through a ticket.
Respect privacy
Keep other people’s information to yourself.
Staff have the final say
Moderators act to protect the community, not to punish people.
Staff will never DM you first asking for your password, token, 2FA codes, or payment. Anyone who does is a scammer. Report them through a ticket.
What breaking the rules looks like
A few real-world examples. The number is the rule each one breaks.
Calling someone a slur, or the same slur with letters swapped out.
A sexual or gory profile picture, username, status, or emoji.
Posting “claim your free Nitro” with a link, or sending a “cool bot” that’s really a token logger.
Copying a moderator’s name and avatar, or DMing “I’m staff, I need your token.”
Dropping your server invite in a general channel, or DMing members your bot link unprompted.
Voting on your own listing from alt accounts, or pinging staff hourly for an approval.
Posting the same message five times, or pinging a staff role for a question anyone can answer.
Putting five problems in one ticket, or DMing a moderator instead of opening one.
Posting someone’s real name or address, or screenshotting a private DM to shame them.
How enforcement works
Most issues follow this ladder, but staff can skip steps for serious violations.
Instant bans apply to scams, malware, phishing, doxxing, raiding, hate speech, and any content involving minors. Serious cases may also be reported to Fluxer.
Appeals
If you were warned, timed out, or kicked, you can appeal by opening a ticket. Be honest and respectful. Ban appeals are reviewed case by case, and an appeal is not a guarantee of being unbanned.
