Partner status is granted by staff. Read what partners get first if you’re deciding whether to apply.

Requirements

Meeting these doesn’t guarantee partnership. Staff review every application, and some requirements vary from case to case.

RequirementDetails
Server countAt least 100 servers. Consistent growth during the application and review is a plus.
TestingYour bot must stay online while your application is processed, barring unavoidable issues.
UptimeNo history of sustained outages. This includes the history of your bot and of you as its developer.
SupportAn active support channel, clearly documented support resources, or both.
PresentationA clear description, accurate tags, and a working dashboard if your bot has one.
StandingNo terms of service violations or unresolved abuse reports.

Apply

Applications go through a partnership ticket in the support server. Open one, tell staff which server or bot you’re applying for, and they’ll take it from there. Tickets can be closed at times, so if you can’t find the option, ask in the server.

Check your partner status

Once you’ve applied, your listing’s dashboard page shows a Partner Status panel. It tells you where the case stands, the outcome once there is one, and any notes the Partner team left for you. Internal staff notes are never shown there.
