Community Guidelines
These guidelines apply to every listing on FluxerList - servers, bots, instances, and themes - on top of anything specific to that listing type. They’re a practical summary of how enforcement actually works day to day. The binding legal document is the Terms of Service; if the two ever disagree, the Terms of Service governs.
Conduct rules
None of the following are allowed in a listing’s name, description, tags, icon, banner, screenshots, or any content it links to or makes visible:
Illegal content
Nothing illegal under applicable law, including piracy hubs, drug marketplaces, or content that facilitates fraud.
Hate speech or harassment
Nothing that harasses or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or other protected characteristics - including “ironic” use and joke names. Doxxing, coordinated harassment, and brigading are also not allowed.
Malware, phishing, or scams
No phishing invites, fake giveaways, malicious links, or anything designed to compromise someone’s account.
Impersonation
Don’t impersonate another community, developer, brand, public figure, or the Fluxer or FluxerList team.
Inaccurate listings
Your description, tags, and category must reflect what the listing actually is. Misleading information to farm clicks or votes counts against you, and false information on a submission form is grounds for rejection or removal on its own.
Vote and ranking manipulation
No bots, scripts, or coordinated fake accounts used to artificially inflate votes, bumps, or rankings.
Reskins of banned listings
Resubmitting a previously banned or delisted server, bot, instance, or theme under a new name doesn’t reset the clock.
Child safety. Content that sexualises minors, in any form, fictional or real, and regardless of context or intent, is an immediate ban. There are no exceptions. This is enforced separately from ordinary content-rating rules, and where relevant is also reported to Fluxer and, where a child’s safety may be at risk, to the appropriate authorities.
Content ratings
Servers are the one listing type with a granular content-rating system today - Mature Content, Adult Content, and NSFW, which can be combined and are described in full on the Server Guidelines page. Bots, instances, and themes don’t currently expose separate content-rating tags, so the conduct rules above are what governs them; a bot or theme with adult content in its description or assets is handled under “inaccurate listing” or removed outright, not tagged.
Brazil: visitors browsing from Brazil must complete an age-verification step before they can view NSFW-tagged listings, to comply with Brazil’s Digital Statute for Children and Adolescents (Lei nº 15.211/2025). Verification is handled by our partner Didit, which returns only a pass or fail - FluxerList never receives or stores the photo, document, or biometric data used to complete it.
AI content
Servers, bots, and themes can be flagged as may contain AI content, either self-reported at submission or added by a reviewer. It shows as a small badge with a tooltip, and visitors can hide flagged listings from Browse. This is a disclosure flag, not a penalty - it doesn’t affect whether a listing is approved.
How review and reports work
Every listing goes through review before it’s shown publicly, and stays subject to review for as long as it’s listed - through routine spot-checks, automated signals, or reports from other users. Every public listing has a Report option; reports are triaged ahead of new submissions, with child-safety reports given the highest priority. Common report reasons: spam or misleading, inappropriate content, mis-tagged content rating, hate speech or harassment, scam or fraud, violates guidelines, and other.
Notices, warnings, and strikes
Owners see the full activity history for their listing, plus any formal notices, warnings, or strikes staff have issued, from their dashboard. Staff log violations with a severity that adds points to a running strike total. Suspended and banned listings are hidden from public view.
Appeals
An owner who believes their listing was actioned in error can contact support to request a review. Submitting an appeal doesn’t guarantee reinstatement, and appeals involving child safety are not reversible.
