# Partner requirements and applying

Partner status is granted by staff. Read [what partners get](/partners) first if you're deciding whether to apply.

## Requirements

Meeting these doesn't guarantee partnership. Staff review every application, and some requirements vary from case to case.

#### Bots

| Requirement | Details |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Server count | At least 100 servers. Consistent growth during the application and review is a plus. |
| Testing | Your bot must stay online while your application is processed, barring unavoidable issues. |
| Uptime | No history of sustained outages. This includes the history of your bot and of you as its developer. |
| Support | An active support channel, clearly documented support resources, or both. |
| Presentation | A clear description, accurate tags, and a working dashboard if your bot has one. |
| Standing | No terms of service violations or unresolved abuse reports. |

#### Servers

| Requirement | Details |
| ------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Member count | Roughly 200 to 300 members or more. This varies from case to case. |
| Activity | Regular, consistent activity. Your [FLAT](/flat) participation factors into your score. |
| Moderation | Active moderation with clearly enforced rules. |
| Compliance | Full compliance with the FluxerList and Fluxer terms and guidelines. |
| Rating | A good rating on FluxerList. |

## Apply

Applications go through a partnership ticket in the [support server](/support). Open one, tell staff which server or bot you're applying for, and they'll take it from there. Tickets can be closed at times, so if you can't find the option, ask in the server.

## Check your partner status

Once you've applied, your listing's dashboard page shows a **Partner Status** panel. It tells you where the case stands, the outcome once there is one, and any notes the Partner team left for you. Internal staff notes are never shown there.
