Check a user's vote status for a server

Returns whether a given Fluxer user currently has their vote toggled on for a server, plus the server’s total vote count. Useful for gating vote-reward perks bot-side. The API key must belong to the server’s owner - co-admins can’t use this endpoint. Limited to 60 requests/min per key.

The user's vote status.
